XLT Ovens XP4207-DI Gas Valve, Honeywell

This Multi-Valve is for XLT ovens dealing with the gas flow. V1 and V2 are solenoid valves that always stay open during operation, regardless of actual or set point temperatures. If these valves stop working correctly then you will have issues with your gas flow getting to the correct places so that you can cook pizzas efficiently. This will cost you time, money, and will slow down your pizza production.

The V3 valve is a modulating valve that controls the gas flow, sold separately.
