Middleby Speed Control

This speed control is used on all of the Middleby Marshall Ovens. It is used to control the speed of the conveyor belt on your oven. It is an upgraded version of the control used to replace the old analog control. This speed control is used on the Middleby Marshall PS200, PS360, PS360WB, PS360EWB, PS360WB70, and  PS570 models. This is a great update to an older model oven as well, the  digital control will be much more accurate and will help maintain a more consistent  speed to make that perfect pizza every time.
