Middleby Gas Valve

This Middleby Marshall combination gas valve is used on almost every Middleby oven. This valve controls the pilot flame and the gas flow to the burner. The gas valve comes set up for natural gas and once installed it will need to be dialed in by a qualified technician. If you have LP gas don’t worry we stock LP kits to fit this valve!
