This machine folds, crimps, trims and seals all in one simple operation. Produce up to 800 pieces an hour. Can be used to make any “pocket” type foods, including but not limited to: calzones, strombolis, emapanadas, turnovers and fruit pies.
Each finished product will have a perfect seal with no need to brush the edges with egg wash, saving you money on dough, fillings and oil.
It’s simple to use:
1. Place dough on die
2. Add filling and rotate handle 1/2 turn
3. Then the finished product drops to the bottom
