Royal Range 50 Pound Fryer RFT-50

This fryer by Royal Range of California has a fifty pound capacity within a 14″ x 14″ frying area. Front, sides and tank are all stainless steel, which makes it rust proof and easy to clean.  Thermostatic control ranges from 200^o to 400^oF.  Includes two fry baskets with plastic coated handles.
