12″ x 17″ Plastic Pan Lid

This XL plastic pan lid is made to fit any standard 12″ x 17″ Detroit style pizza pan.  Proof dough directly in the pan or par-bake and hold to speed up cook times during an evening rush.  They are made of a sturdy, black plastic and have an exterior ridge for stable stacking, while in use.
