This Randell’s pass-thru design easily allows access from both preparation and serving areas. The back side has one full length stainless steel door with an insulated tempered glass window, while the front has two stacked doors with tempered glass windows. Randell’s efficient tempered glass insulation enables the windows’ exterior to be 20o cooler than its interior. The cabinet can hold temperatures up to 180oF. Unit is stainless steel throughout, so it is both durable and easy to clean. Five wire shelves are provided.
