Randell Evaporator Coil 8000 Series

This evaporator coil is used in the Randell 8000N raised prep table line. It’s an essential part of cooling your toppings and making the refrigerator aspect of the unit run. The evaporator coil takes the warm air passing through the unit and passes it through the coil, which then allows it to be cooled and used.

Randell units use copper piping to keep your ingredients cold, compared to cold force blown air. So the air being cooled in the unit is used by sending it down the already cold piping, creating a frost line, rather than being blown over your toppings. This is a much more efficient and effective way to run a prep table.
