The RCOS-1 Single-Deck Convection Oven features five chrome-plated racks with 11 possible positions, as well as the capacity to fit full-size sheet pans side-by-side.
Stainless-steel construction delivers time-tested durability, while the ENERGY STAR-certified design ensures highly efficient performance to keep energy use low. The oven’s 35,000 BTU/hour burners feature strategically placed air deflectors to boost air circulation for faster, more even roasting, toasting and baking. The oven’s thermostat also includes full adjustability between 150° to 500°F, according to recipe.
