To ensure consistent cooking results, each chamber of the Bakers Pride 452 Superdeck pizza oven features independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers. Its fully welded angle iron frame is strong enough to accommodate stacking three ovens for saving space in compact environments. Ensuring superior performance and efficiency, this unit is fully insulated throughout.
The exterior of the Bakers Pride 452 double deck pizza oven is made of durable stainless steel to streamline cleaning and provide a long lifespan. Its heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverter eases cleaning and provides even baking. This unit has a thermostat range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
This is the double deck version of the Bakers Pride 451.
The Bakers Pride Convection Flo Series 452 oven has been made for high volume production pizza and all-purpose uses. With independent top and bottom controls you’ll be able to cook different products at various times and temperatures at the same time. This oven can also be stacked up to three ovens high, allowing for higher volumes of product being cooked at the same time. Both of these features allow for faster production and shorter wait times for your customers!
Bakers Pride has a unique convection like heat circulation system that removes needing a fan or a blower system. This oven has a parallel burner that allows for an even heating and controlling of top and bottom heat giving you the same result each time you cook.
This oven is fully insulated for a cooler outside temperature and consistent interior temperature.
