60QT Grater & Shredder Attachment

Precision machined of polished aluminum. Hopper door has safety latch. Unit is easily disassembled for cleaning. Comes standard with 3/16 shredder plate. Shredding discs are available in a variety of  sizes. All discs are stainless steel and easily installed and removed from the disc holder. Can be used with mixer and choppers power drives with #12 Hobart compatible power hub. ( Hand wash only)

Compatible with:  Classic Hobart, Legacy Hobart, Globe, Univex, Varimixer, Precision, Thunderbird and Intedge Mixers.
