This gas restaurant range from Royal Range of California features ten burners with heavy cast iron, 12″ top grates. There is a stainless steel drip tray with grease can to eliminate messes as well as stainless front, sides, valve cover, kick plate, backgaurd and high shelf. Accomodates full size sheet pans. Two separate ovens. Dimensions: 70″ wide x 32″ depth x 36″ height to burners (56.5″ height with shelf)
