ALFA’s KD-1/4″ Shredding Disk are Made in Germany, these disks feature sharper edges and last longer. The KD-1/4″ disk is considered a “Medium” grate/shred and is recommended for Bread Crumbs, Hard Vegetables, Soft Cheeses, and Pizza Cheeses.
