LIMITED WARRANTY
(VALID ONLY IN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES)
Northern Pizza Equipment, Inc. warrants to the original purchase for a period of (30) days from the date received by the purchaser that the remanufactured product, when shipped by NPE, will be free from defective workmanship and materials and agrees that it will, at its option, either repair or have repaired the defective product or part thereof at no charge to the purchaser for parts or for labour. If any work is done that is not authorized in writing by NPE this warranty is null and void. Warranties are valid only after installation by a certified service technician.
The limited warranty does not apply to appearance (cosmetic) items of the piece of commercial food equipment, any consumable items supplied with the piece of commercial equipment, the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling or which has been modified in design or construction or improperly installed and/or connected to the incorrect power or fuel source. The limited warranty shall expressly exclude all gaskets, door seals, light bulbs, indicator lamps, dial knobs, and escutcheons.
In order to enforce the rights under this limited warranty, the purchaser should within the limited warranty time, notify the seller (NPE) by telephone at the numbers listed and in writing at the address supplied of the defect together with the proof of purchase. An NPE representative will direct the handling and repair of said defect.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited to the terms described above and for the period from the date of purchase set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, therefore the above limitations may not apply to this purchase.
Neither the sales personnel of the seller (NPE) nor any other person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above or to extend the duration of the warranties beyond the time period described above on behalf of NPE.
The warranties described above shall be the sole exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of the defects in the manner and for the period of time described above shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and the responsibilities of NPE to the purchaser with respect to the product and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. In no event shall NPE be liable, or in any other way responsible for any damages or defect in the product which were cause by repairs or attempted repairs preformed by anyone other than the authorized NPE remanufacturing center or NPE authorized service center technician. Nor shall NPE be liable or in any other way responsible for incidental or consequential economic or property damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above exclusion may not apply to purchase.
This limited warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
This limited warranty does not apply to, and NPE is not responsible for, any warranty claims made on products sold and/or used outside the continental United States.
