Remanufactured NU-VU QB3/9 Bread Oven Proofer

Completely remanufactured by Northern Pizza Equipment. The NU-VU QB-3/9 QB electric proofer oven uses V-Air® technology to guide heated air throughout the stainless steel cavity. Measuring 36 1⁄8 inches wide by 28 5⁄8 inches deep by 77 3⁄4 inches high, it combines two field-reversible glass doors with 3-inch locking casters for adaptable setup. Solid state controls with separate heat and humidity settings enable independent operation, and an illuminated thermostat indicates active use. With a 425-degree-Fahrenheit maximum, its oven accommodates three 18-inch by 26-inch pans per bake cycle. The manual-fill proofing cabinet stores nine pans and includes an overflow drain that directs water away from internal components.
