Thermocouple Part #: 33984

The thermocouple senses the oven tempeartaure and generates a signal for the temperature controller to regulate the operating temperature of the oven. Part number 33984 is used on all 300 series and 500 series Middleby Marshall ovens. Most newer 300 models, and all 500 models are equipped with two, for more precise control of the temperature across the length of the bake chamber. In the event of a failure we reccomend replacing both of them.
