The JN dough divider will quickly and accurately scale and round dough into 9 pieces in weights from 7 oz up to 18 oz each in seconds. With the innovative expandable pocket, this model delivers more gentle, consistent and uniform rounding. The optional interchangeable 19, 9 and 6-part heads provide additional dividing and rounding capability up to 26 oz. per piece.

Interchangeable head assemblies in either 36,18, 9 or 6-part divisions allow fast accurate scaling and rounding of dough in weights ranging from 1 ounce up to 26 ounces each piece.
Choose from 4 different head assemblies in 36,18, 9 or 6-part divisions.
Weight of each piece:
36-part = 1 to 2-3/4 ounces each
18-part = 2 to 7 ounces each
9-part = 7 to 18 ounces each
6-part = 18 to 26 ounces each
The entire head assembly can be placed into a sink or dishwasher for cleaning.
