This Cres Cor ‘s pass-thru design easily allows access from both preparation and serving areas.  The back side has one full length tempered glass door, while the front has two stacked doors;  the bottom stainless steel, the top with a tempered glass window.  The cabinet can hold temperatures up to 200^oF.  Unit is stainless steel throughout, so it is both durable and easy to clean.  Twelve wire shelves are provided and this cabinet can hold up to 24 14″ pizza boxes.
