This small Detroit style pizza pan from Chicago Metallic is very durable and long lasting. Pans are steel and feature Chicago Metallic’s Americoat glaze, which eliminates the need for pre-seasoning, saving you time and effort. The silicone glaze is heat resistant up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit.
If necessary, pans can be washed, but washing will deteriorate the glaze over time. Pans will typically need to be re-glazed after about 300 washes. If using oil during the baking process and avoiding regular washing, pans should remain non-stick through their lifetime.
