5/16″ Shredding Disk

ALFA’s KD-5/16″ Shredding Disk are made in Germany, these disks feature sharper edges and last longer. The KD-5/16″ disk is considered a “Medium” grate/shred and is recommended for Cole Slaw, Hash Browns, Bread Crumbs, Hard Vegetables, and Soft Cheeses.
