86″ Speed Rail Set

The 86″ speed rail set consists of two 43″ grates.  These rails are meant to sit on top of a pizza prep table, to make pizzas easier to slide.  Excess toppings will fall through the grates instead of getting stuck to the bottom of pans and screens.  Grates are chrome plated to ensure food safety.  Black rubber feet fit to all legs to prevent the rails from sliding and damaging the prep table surface.
