Built for reliable performance and long-lasting use, the Beverage-Air DP119HC 119″ refrigerated pizza prep table streamlines the pizza-making process. Its ingredient rail can hold up to five full-size, 6″ deep food pans (sold separately), allowing you to keep a variety of toppings close at hand. Ingredients stay safely chilled between 36°F and 38°F, while the two lift-up lids help contain cold air and reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
A spacious 19″ deep cutting board sits in front of the raised rail, giving you plenty of room to assemble pizzas and other menu items. Made from durable white polyethylene, the cutting board is removable for easy cleaning and can be flipped to extend its lifespan. While preparing orders, you can conveniently access the refrigerated base below for additional ingredients or specialty toppings. The lower cabinet offers 40.5 cu. ft. of storage and includes four self-closing doors with snap-in gaskets. Each door stays open at 120 degrees for easy loading and is removable and field-reversible for simple maintenance. Inside, eight epoxy-coated shelves provide organized storage.
To protect against spills and leaks, the interior is lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum, and an aluminum top liner prevents items from the rail from falling into the cabinet below. The exterior is constructed with a stainless steel front, top, sides, doors, and grille for added strength and durability. The unit also comes with six 3″ casters—two with brakes—so it can be easily moved for cleaning or servicing.
Powered by a dependable 1/2 hp refrigeration system, this prep table uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a low global warming impact, making it an environmentally conscious choice. It also includes an automatic evaporator and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil for efficient, low-maintenance operation. An 8-foot power cord is included, and the unit requires a 115V electrical connection.
