Bakers Pride IL Forno Classico FC-516/DS-805
The Bakers Pride® model FC-516/DS-805 pizza oven combines our Il Forno Classico oven with the DS-805 oven to add ambiance while doubling cooking capacity for the ultimate exhibition pizza kitchen.
This model is constructed with heavy-duty, .25″ angle iron frame, which is fully welded to allow for stacking. The top features a steel-reinforced, arched opening with a visible, open-flame burner to make loading pizzas easy while create dining atmosphere. This oven is designed to be built in behind a decorative façade of brick, stone, or tile for a traditional, old-world look. You also have the choice to simply display it in stainless steel or finish it with black-powder-coated control panels and hardwood door handles for an elegant presentation.
Each oven chamber features one Cordierite deck and independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers for perfectly balanced results. Deck height is 10″ in the top oven and 6.75″ in the bottom oven.

This oven combines that unique feel with the technology, convenience, and efficiency of gas fired pizza ovens. Your customers will be able to watch pizzas bake through the arched open hearth (24″ wide x 12″ h). They’ll even see the open flame which is great for aesthetics and ambiance of that old school way of cooking pizza. The inside of the oven cavity is brick-lined continuing to give you that authentic look while cooking.
This FC-516 is combined with the DS-805 standard gas convection oven giving you a higher production! Each deck is individually operated allowing you to cook at different times and temperatures – allowing you to cook multiple types of products.
This oven has been designed to be used as is or can be finished and trimmed with brass, stone, or brick to complement your restaurants decor.
The IL Forno Classico features a visible open flame (20,000 BTUH) for ambiance and top heat, and then another 120,000 BTUH gas dual burner which controlls the temperature inside the oven and does the cooking of the product. The oven deck is 48″ wide x 36″ deep, allowing you plenty of space to cook multiple pizzas. This oven can also cook anywhere between 300º and 650ºF allowing you to cook a large range of products.
